Back with neon bags

It has been quite a while since my last post, I’m so sorry! Very busy with work and kids, who had 2 weeks off. But, enough with the excuses. Although snow is blowing around right at this moment, I’m looking forward to the new season. I’ve already spotted some great colourful bags, which tell me that the neon trend is not over yet.

De laatste post is alweer veel te lang geleden, sorry! Ben erg druk geweest met werk en kids, die 2 weken vrij waren. Maar geen excuses. Alhoewel de sneeuw ons op dit moment letterlijk om de oren vliegt, kijk ik alweer uit naar het nieuwe seizoen. Al mooie, kleurige tassen gezien, de neon trend zet dus nog even door.

Ofcourse we’ve visited the IEN Rocks The Party event last night! We saw great items with an even better pricetag!

Natuurlijk waren wij er ook, bij het IEN Rocks The Party event  gisteravond. We hebben mooie, superfeestelijke stukken gezien, tegen een heel vriendelijk prijsje!

Same Same // IRO vs Mango

Sweaters and cosy knits are a big hit. Some sweaters you see a lot in the blogosphere, like the cream and black merino knitted jumper from IRO (on the right) I found a cheaper alternative at Mango.

Ik vertelde je al eerder dat sweaters en truien een grote trend zijn dit najaar. En sommige truien zie je wel erg vaak voorbij komen op de modeblogs. Zoals de ecru/zwarte merino trui van IRO (rechts). Ik vond een goedkoper alternatief bij Mango.

Kids // High top Sneakers

Look what i found in my all-time favorite store: super cute Isabel Marant look-a-like high top sneakers for kids! I could not leave them behind, had to take them home with me. Two pair, to be precise, for both daughters. Luckily, they are very happy with them too!

Kijk wat ik vorige week in m’n favorite winkel aantrof: supergave Isabel Marant look-a-like high top sneakers voor kids! Ik kon ze gewoonweg niet achterlaten en moest ze meenemen. Twee paar om precies te zijn, voor beide dochters! Gelukkig vinden ze de gympen zelf ook helemaal geweldig.

I know it sounds crazy to talk about the upcoming fall-winter collection, with these temperatures outside. But i was cleaning & reorganizing my computer and i came across these pictures, i never published before.

Ik weet, het is een beetje raar om al te gaan praten over de komende herfst- en wintercollectie, met deze huidige tropische temperaturen. Maar ik was m’n computer aan het opruimen en kwam deze foto’s tegen, die ik niet eerder publiceerde.

Yellow!

I think yellow is the perfect color to match with a nicely tanned skin. Luckily the weather is cooperative: the temperature is tropical right now. So today my summer look is all about yellow!

Geel combineert het mooist met een zorgvuldig opgebouwd bruin velletje! En gelukkig werkt het weer ook mee, het is tropisch warm in Nederland. Dus vandaag is mijn zomerlook vol gele accenten!

The yellow nailpolish is a perfect copy of the Chanel Mimosa nailpolish, but waaay cheaper (as seen here) And i love the neon yellow detail of the H&M Trend necklace. Perfect yellow details, if you ask me,  to ‘summer-up’ your look.

De gele nagellak (Kruidvat) is een perfecte kopie van de Chanel Mimosa 557 lak, maar vele malen goedkoper. En ik vind de neongele details in de ketting helemaal geweldig. In mijn ogen perfecte gele details om je outfit wat ”op te zomeren” ..

One of the current trends is the cowboy boot (as seen here). And I knew I had a pair stacked somewhere in my closet.

Een van de huidige trends is de cowboylaars (hier al eerder te zien). En ik wist dat er ergens in mijn kast nog een paar uit een ver verleden verstopt lag.
